I'm Wayne (he/him). 👋🏽
I spent 20 years as a creative, and later art director, in agencies - everything from boutique studios to global brands - and then escaped 😜 to start my own business. Today I’m a Canva Educator and Adobe Ambassador, and I teach 60k+ people on YouTube with my weekly videos.
I’d been helping coaches and creators build their brands, but I missed creating. So a few years ago I started making Canva tutorials on YouTube for small business owners and creators who don’t have a design team.
Starting a whole new business was scary (especially when you're not exactly a spring chicken anymore!), but the channel has grown more than I expected and the feedback has been incredible.
When it comes to Canva, what I keep hearing from people is always some version of: "I've watched loads of tutorials, but I still feel overwhelmed when I open Canva." or "I feel like I'm always starting from scratch."
That's why I built CanvaOS. Not to just teach more features or show you where the buttons are - to give you a system...a workflow.
